Booking Process: Discovery Call: A complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your needs and confirm our service is the right fit. Family Size Confirmation: Verify your family size for appropriate pricing and customization. Service Agreement: Upon proceeding, you'll receive a detailed service agreement outlining the scope of work. Initial Payment: 50% deposit required to secure your booking and begin the service. Final Payment: Remaining 50% due at the midpoint of your service period (approximately 6 weeks from start). Family-Based Pricing: Individual/Couple: $499 USD Family (3-4 members): $599 USD Large Family (5+ members): $699 USD Service Inclusions: All standard Property Finder materials and templates. Up to 6 bi-weekly strategy calls (30-45 minutes each). Curation of up to 15 property options based on your criteria. Coordination of up to 5 virtual property tours. Ongoing support via email with 48-hour response time. Family-Specific Enhancements: Families (3-4 members): Additional focus on school districts, child-friendly amenities, and family space requirements. Large Families (5+ members): Expanded space planning, multi-generational considerations, and community integration resources. Service Period: Standard service period is 3 months from the delivery of your initial materials. Extension available at a rate of $150 USD per additional month if needed. Cancellation Policy: 80% refund of initial payment if cancelled within 7 days of booking, before customization work begins. 50% refund of initial payment if cancelled after customization begins but before property sourcing starts. No refund of initial payment once property sourcing has commenced. General Terms for All Services: Definition of "Family": For pricing purposes, "family" includes spouses/partners, children, and other immediate family members who will be living together in the same residence. Please notify us if your family circumstances change during the service period. Confidentiality: All information shared during our work together is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. Geographic Limitations: While our guidance is globally applicable, our active property sourcing services (Premium package) are currently available in select markets. Please confirm availability for your destination during the initial consultation.
