"User" refers to any individual or company registering, browsing, or utilizing our services.
"Supplier" means moving companies and partners listed or offering services via MYExpatGO.
"Service" means all features, information, content, and marketplace functionality provided through MYExpatGO.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MYExpatGO or registering an account, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
4. User Accounts
Account registration requires accurate, current information.Users are responsible for their account security and activity.Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
5. User Obligations
You must comply with all applicable laws when using MYExpatGO.You agree not to manipulate, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt platform functionality.Prohibited uses include fraudulent activity, spam, abuse, or posting false information.
6. Commission-Free Service Model
MYExpatGO does not charge commissions on listed services. Any fees displayed are the actual prices as provided by suppliers, without hidden markups.
7. Supplier Agreements
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their service details and pricing.All offered services must be legitimate, lawful, and accurately described.Suppliers agree not to charge commissions above the prices listed on our site.
8. Payment Terms
Payments for relocation services are made directly to suppliers, subject to their individual terms. MYExpatGO may offer integrated payment processing for convenience. Any such payments are securely managed via third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
MYExpatGO acts as a marketplace intermediary. We do not guarantee nor accept liability for service outcomes delivered by third-party suppliers. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim any responsibility for direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, technology, and proprietary features are owned by MYExpatGO and protected under copyright and other laws. Users may not reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the platform without express permission.
11. Content & Conduct
Users may post reviews, comments, or feedback but must not publish defamatory, false, or illegal content. MYExpatGO reserves the right to remove or moderate user-generated content at its sole discretion.
12. Privacy
Use of MYExpatGO is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with GDPR and other regulations.
13. Dispute ResolutionDisputes between users and suppliers must be handled according to the suppliers’ own service agreements.MYExpatGO will provide best-effort facilitation but is not responsible for resolution.Any legal disputes regarding platform use will be governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction].
14. Termination
Users may terminate their accounts at any time within the platform settings.MYExpatGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.
