They govern your use of the website www.myexpatgo.com and all related services, including our move-planning content, quote request and comparison tools, the AI Virtual Home Estimate widget, and paid relocation support services.

2. Who we are and what we do

MyExpatGo Sdn Bhd:

• Provides information, guides, and tools to help people plan international moves.
• Operates a lead-generation service that connects users with independent third-party moving companies and other vetted partners (such as real estate agents, immigration lawyers, or tax professionals).
• Offers paid relocation support services — consulting and planning sessions delivered by us.

We are not a moving company. We do not own or operate moving trucks, warehouses, or storage facilities, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a third-party provider.

By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to request quotes or purchase paid services through this website.

4. Our service

We provide educational content and interactive tools — including destination guides, cost calculators, customs guides, and the AI Virtual Home Estimate — to help you plan a relocation. 5. Quotes and third-party moving companies

When you submit a quote request, we share the details you provide with independent third-party moving companies or partners so they can contact you with offers.

• Quotes, estimates, and prices come from the third-party providers, not from MyExpatGo. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
• We make reasonable efforts to work with vetted, accredited partners (for example, IAM members), but we do not control their services, conduct, pricing, or availability.
• Any contract for moving or related services is concluded directly between you and the provider. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

6. Paid services

We offer paid relocation support services — for example relocation strategy calls, timeline development, document review, and partner introductions — which are delivered by us. Each service is described on the website with its scope and price before you book.

Paid support sessions are advisory in nature. They provide planning guidance and do not constitute legal, tax, customs, or immigration advice.

7. Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Prices for paid services are shown in US dollars (USD) and are payable at the time of booking through our payment provider. We never see or store your full payment card details.

• Cancellations: you may cancel or reschedule a booked session up to [48 hours] before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit.
• Refunds: approved refunds are processed within [14 days] to the original payment method.
• No-shows: sessions missed without notice are not refundable.

It is an indicative estimate only — not a survey, valuation, or binding quote — and actual volumes and prices may differ. Partner movers may request a formal survey before confirming a price.

The website may contain links to, or facilitate introductions with, third-party websites and providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, privacy practices, or services. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MyExpatGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the website or services.
• We are not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or performance of third-party moving companies or partners.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to our services is limited to [the amount you paid us for the relevant service, or USD 500, whichever is greater].

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
